Working board vs. Governing board Committee functions of a founding/working BOD Taking ownership: legal and ethical duties of a board of directors Legal requirements and restrictions For Board of Directors, Executive Directors, and staff of Peer Recovery Organizations that are just starting up – 3 years in operation.
