Breaking Down the Getting Started Guide: Early Planning – Considerations and Readiness

ARHE published a Getting Started Guide in 2021 to help peers and professionals start new programs – but the document can feel intimidating. This session will break down the guide into manageable sections as ARHE staff review how to use the document, a brief history and facts about collegiate recovery programs, broad questions to consider when thinking about building a program, and how to build a team. Incorporating aspects of the readiness assessment, ARHE staff will help folks in their early planning of building a supportive program.
