Join us for a discussion on the generational differences BIPOC communities experience when talking about and caring for their mental health. This session will provide a safe space to explore strategies for bridging these gaps, and offer practical advice on initiating conversations, seeking support, and embracing culturally relevant approaches to mental well-being.
