This Virtual Learning Community (VLC) will provide an overview of how federal and state funds are being allocated to support recovery services. Participants will explore funding streams such as opioid settlement dollars, block grants, and Medicaid. The session will highlight best practices in funding recovery-oriented systems of care. It will also address accountability, sustainability, and community involvement in funding decisions.

Tonya is a founding board member of Advocates for Recovery Colorado and has been the Executive Director of the organization since 2009.
